Gale teaches yoga and mindfulness classes for children aged 5 – 12 years. All classes are a playful opportunity for children to explore the connection between their mind and body in a variety of fun, engaging and creative ways. 

Paws b - Mindfulness in Schools Curriculum 

Paws b is a classroom-based mindfulness curriculum for 7-11 year old children.

The course consists of 6 themes which can be delivered over 6 weekly one hour sessions or 12 weekly 1/2 hour sessions.

The purpose of the program is to give children an introduction to the basics of mindfulness, helping them to understand the nature of their human mind. The course includes mindful practices, designed to help children feel grounded in times of stress or anxiety. We also give children a basic scientific understanding of how the brain effects the way we think, feel and act and how regular
mindful practices can train the mind which helps us deal with difficulty as well as making us happier, healthier and more create in everyday life.

Children’s Yoga

All classes include a combination of yoga postures, breath play, mindfulness practice and relaxation. Activities are always age appropriate and are tailored to their still developing bodies and minds. Each themed class provides opportunities for children to explore their senses and imaginations in a non-competitive and fun environment.
